When billing these codes what do you use as a DOS? CPT book states you can not charge these codes if patient has not been monitored for 16 days. So say we saw patient on 11-01-2019 and started 99453 same day what do you use as the billing DOS? Also what POS are you all using since this was started in the office do we use office pos? Thanks in advance for any feed back.
