We're having issues with UHC's edits- the manufacturer's guidelines is to be with admin code 96372 and dx code Z29.11 for passive administration w/o high risk- it's being rejected, we tried billing with admin code 90460 as appropriate and it's also rejecting. I've tried finding specific guidelines on UCH's website. Any direction or tips would be appreciated. We've also tried sending through with Z23- it's making it through but not processing correctly.

Use CPT 96381, Administration of respiratory syncytial virus, monoclonal antibody, seasonal dose by intramuscular injection.
