I'm having challenges getting the 90381 paid. The vax was given to a child over the 8 months threshold (child was 9 mos old) so we would need to add a supporting dx to the charge. We added Z29.11 as primary and Q93.82 as the secondary dx and the claim still denied. Does Z93.82 not support the RSV being given after 8 mos old? Thanks for any help you can provide!
