Hi...I need help with this. There was right upper arm claudication, an angiogram was performed of the rt subclavian and brachial artery. There was complete total occlusion of the brachial artery, therefore balloon angio and stenting were performed. Am I in the right ballpark...75710-26, and 37226??? thanks. Sandy

37226 wouldn't be appropriate bc that code is for lower extremities i.e. femoral or popliteal artery.

It would be best if you could post report bc I need to see cath placement(s) and if it was contralateral or ipsilateral approach.

For the stent and PTA: 37205/75960-26 35475/75962-26

Yes, 75710-26 is for unilateral extremity angio. 75716 is bilateral. 75774 is each additional.

HTH, some.
