If an abdominal aortogram, followed by aortogram with bilateral extremity run-offs, would it be 36245 OR 36245, 36246, 36248 OR 36245, 36246-50...my supv and I are having a discussion since vascular is fairly new to both of us..TIA!:confused: To make it even MORE confusing, we are only coding the pro-fee portions

The codes would all depend on the cath placements and the vessels imaged. Provide more information(without patient info) please.
