Hi,
I would love some help on this case please:) This pt had ruptured lt ectopic pregnancy, bleeding, rt ovarian cyst and bilateral tubal ligation.
These are the procedures on the op report: 1)Diag lap with fulguration of left fallopian tube and cauterization of apparent laceration. 2) bilateral tubal ligation 3)partial rt ovarian cystectomy 4) suction dilatation and curettage.

Does anyone agree with?:confused:: 59150, 58670-51, 58662-51, 58120-51?
