Hello,

We are newly billing for a Rural Health Care facility. I have a few questions on how to bill.

1. Do you bill for Vaccine administration codes to Part A and Medicaid?

2. Do bill all lab services to Part B and not Part A?

3. Do you only submit one line on the claim to Part A and add all the fees?

Any insight will be helpful!
