I am at a new rural health clinic and have been told that I can unbundle the OB visits for Medicaid and charge a level per each visit does anyone know if this is correct?

Hi there,

I'm in Colorado and we bill all of our Medicaid and Medicare visits as a problem focused E/M for every antenatal visit. Because our enviroment gets paid an AIR, we bill all of our prenatal visits with E/Ms instead of billing as global like the other non-FQHC/RHC clinics do.
