Does anyone have a suggestion on what ICD-9 code/codes to use for the following scenerio?

Patient presents for SDS for correction of contour abnormality following abdominoplasty. Suction-assisted lipectomy was performed in the flanks of her irregularity. " She had poor contouring after her surgery". H&P states patient coughed alot due to her allergies following surgery and popped some sutures (doesn't really say that this is the reason for the contouring abnormality).
