Do we use the same RVU amount for all insurance companies? Help :confused:
 
Well, RVUs are a Medicare thing. So I'm not sure what you mean by using RVUs for other payers, except with regards to calculating reimbursement? We negotiate contracts with other payers based on RBRVS, and of course, each contract is different. For example, we might contract with Anthem to reimburse us 200% of Medicare. We also bonus our physicians based on work RVUs for a particular year.
