Does credit given if Physicain informed his patient to contiunes meds, no new Rx was given.
Provider did not give new Rx however advice pt to contiuned meds and order 2 MRI differ site, HPI & EX is Detail provider wanted a E & M L4???

Even though the Rx hasn't changed it's still considered prescription drug management, therefore, yes credit would be given warranting the level 4.

Yes, he's is still managing. What if he said stop using the medication ordered by another provider due to the contradiction in care he's providing to the patient. Wouldn't the same apply?
