I Have A Question Concerning Resuscitation Consent Forms In The Nursing Home Environment. My Dr. Does Rounds In The Nursing Home And Signs Off On "do Not Resuscitate Status Forms" He Is The Second Signature For This Form.

I Billed Medicare For A Second Opinon Consultation And They Denied The Code.

If Anyone Knows How My Dr Can Be Paid For The Time He Spends With The Patient And The Family To Come To This Conclusion Of The "dnr" Please Let Me Know What Codes I Should Be Using.

I Am A Little Confused.
