Wiki S/P hernia surgery w/open wound

A patient had surgery for an incarcerated hernia at another hospital and was sent to our facility for swing bed care. The patient has an 8 cm open wound left from the hernia procedure. How do I code this? It's not a wound from an accident, or surgical complication. It's not infected but he does have a wound vac. If I put it as a wound then I'll need E codes but can't seem to find one that is appropriate. All suggestions are appreciated!
