S0199 not accepted by our local Medicaid Office

S0199 is a medically induced abortion, including 2-3 office visit and ultrasounds, but not including the medication.

When billing our local Medicaid (Minnesota), we break out each of the office visits. Most patient's elect to have a telephone follow up (audio only) with a staff member.
Is this a billable visit?
