Does anyone know when this ICD - 10 code is appropriate? S06.5x9D-Traumatic subdural hemorrhage with loss of consciousness of unspecified duration, subsequent encounter? I have a patient case where the sub hem was removed but he had a secondary issue of intracranial htn and edema. I do not know if I should be adding this code as well.
