I am trying to locate a fee for HCPCS S0630. From what I have found, many carriers do not cover this code, but it can be charged as patient responsibility. Is it better to just include within and E/M code? If there is any documentation available to print, that would help me explain it to the physicians.
Side note, our office is not contracted with any insurance companies; our patients are all private pay and bill their own insurance companies. We are also non-par with Medicare. Just curious if what we could charge for this....any thoughts????
