I am looking for a CPT code for injection of sacro iliac joint. No imaging done. Would I use 20552 for trigger point injection since the paravertebral facet injection include imaging.

This is actually incorrect. Normally SI joint injections would be coded with 27096, but as of 1/1/12 the injection includes either fluoro or CT guidance, and if the injection is done without guidance, per CPT we are to use 20552. This is in the parenthetical notes right below the code description.
