Our physician usually does 4 levels of SI Rhizotomies in the ASC facility. We bill to Medicare and sometimes they will pay all 4 levels professionally then someitmes they will only pay for 2 levels. It does not seem to be consistent with them. We do the redertimination/reconsideration but I was wondering if anyone else is having this trouble.
