Can a Salaried PA work under the direction of his salaried physician brother at a hospital owned practice.

This is probably governed by the State Practice Act and there is probably a facility/hospital policy on it. A coding forum may not be the best place for this answer. This should be an attorney and/or compliance question. I would imagine it's probably not a good idea just thinking about it.
