Can anyone clarify whether or not you can bill the appropriate J code for the saline that is mixed with the antiemetic or chemotherapy?
For example, Carboplatin 230mg in 250cc ns, can you bill J7050 for the 250cc ns? Or can you only bill saline codes for hydration?
