I have two different LPC's at the same location I need to bill 90837 individual session and 90853 for group. Whenever we bill 90837 and 90853 for different providers, same location, same day, we always receive a denial. Do I just need to add a modifier? Bill on the same claim? How can I bill these same day services so they aren't denied? Cannot recall if they were denied for commercial AND medicaid, or just medicaid. Thanks in advance......
