I have critical care physicians (same specialty) that do different things on the same day. I need help... I will give you example
1st phy - does critical care (99291)
2nd phy - does lines (36556, 36620)
3rd phy - conscious sedation

all different physicians.

I read same specialty/same day needs a modifier.

Does anyone know if I'm to add 25 modifier to 99291????

I'm not adding modifier now and I seem to get getting denials.
