Wiki Same Tax ID, physician Kiwi/vacuum delivery only

Hello,
Looking for coding advice on a delivery done today. Our midwife has done all of the prenatal visits and labored with the patient, but called the doctor over to do Kiwi/vacuum delivery. We always bill global. Will I have to submit this global bill under the physician as he did the actual delivery? Ty!

In that situation, we would bill globally under the MD, and the midwife would need to let her manager know so that an internal credit is done.
