Does anyone know if providers under the same TIN have to bill the same amount for the same CPT code?

For example, if an internist is under the same TIN as the hospital, and the hospital bills $250 for comp. metabolic panel. The internist would charge $200for the same comp. metabolic panel.

If he is allowed to bill a different amount, could you please provide a link to the information you have? I need in writing for the CFO.
