Hello,

I am looking for Sample documentation for common office/urgent care procedures. The EMR that is used is pretty good but has to be programed with macros and right now those macros are lacking. There is an option for free texting but the providers have no clue what to free text. I have sent them several examples but to have specific for Strappings would be great, IV Hydration is another where I need clear sample documentation. Thanks for all the replies in advance.
