Does anyone know the ICD-9 code for SAPHO syndrome? SAPHO is an acronym for the combination of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, and osteitis. Do I need to break it down into the individual Diagnosis? Thank you
 
I've just come across SAPHO Syndrome in an encounter. How would this be coded. If I break it apart into all the different elements, osteitis goes to osteomyelitis. Would that be appropriate or would it be M04.8 Other autoinflammatory syndromes?
