Does anyone have any experience billing SBIRT services in the ED? If so, do you know if you can bill for an E/M with G0396/G0397 for Medicare or H0049/H0050 for Medicaid? Also, can facility billing also report code for SBIRT services or is this strictly a physician service?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
