A patient had SBRT treatment to two distinct and separate areas. He had the right lung treated 4/18, 4/20, 4/24, and 4/26/2023 (77435) evaluated 4/24/2023 and then the left lung 4/17, 4/19,4/21,4/25,4/27/2023 (77435) evaluated 4/17/2023, the documentation supports the right and left lung on treatment visits, would this be correct? Would the facility be able to capture 77373 for these courses as they were provided on different dates.
