South Carolina Pediatrics... Can you please advise if you bill your hearing (92551) and vision screens (99173/99174) separate from your Wellness E/M in your EPSDT? The SCDHHS manual is not up to date that I can find. I am finding the DHHS pays for them and the MCOs do not.
