Hello all,

Op note reads:

Patient has a previous frenectomy years ago that was scarred down. The scar bands were transected. She gained approx 1.5cm to 2cm in length. The point of pivoting of the verntral surface of the tongue was closed with a 5-0 suture. A second Vicryl suture was placed further up towards the tip in mid opened area.

Dx: Ankyloglossia (age 5)
