SCENARIO: A patient has been treated with radiation for carcinoma in situ of the breast 233.0, now with no evidence of disease, coming in for follow up appointment, what are the the DX codes? I've been using V67.1 and v10.3 but according to ICD 9 guidelines you shouldn't use v10.3 unless the original DX was 174.0-174.9 Please help!
