Happy 2009! What do you use if a pt only comes in for a school or sports physical, no other problems addressed? Is there a CPT just for School physicals?
 
We use cpt 99429 Unlisted preventive medicine service and the patient pays the charge on the date of service.

we use the established age appropriate preventive code, along with DX:
V70.3 - these are reduced fee services. (in our area the sports px is $70.00).
