Need help determining the correct code. Pt had a remnant of a scleral buckle that eroded through the conjunctiva that our physician removed. We are looking towards CPT code 65920 - removal of implanted material - anterior. Does anyone have any other suggestions or feedback. The only thing I can find is removal of the whole scleral buckle - 67120. But I don't believe that code fits.
