Wiki Scleral reinforcement with Mini-Express shunt

When the doctor uses a scleral reinforcement graft (Tutoplast graft) everytime he places a Mini-Shunt and never indicates that there is any scleral weakness or thining, should you code the 67255 in addition to the 66180 or is this being done to protect the shunt?
