i found code for sclerotherapy : 36470 & 36471

laser couldn't find this is all done in our office

Hi Taralyn,

Maybe look at 36478? That codes includes ablation of incompetent vein, percutaneous, laser; first vein. Looks like you can bill those together as well. Hope that helps.
