Wiki Screen pulmonary TB; CXR , not skin test

This is a Medicare patient who is unable to take the TB skin test; reacts to it; the only way to screen for pulmonary TB is cxr. I need to be able to code this and have not come up with anything. The V code will not work for Medicare.

Any suggestions?
