Wiki Screening colon only reaches descending colon

If my provider only reaches the descending colon due to poor prep on a screening colonoscopy do I report 45378-53 or 45330 (flex sig)?

If the intent was to perform a complete colonoscopy (and not a flex sig), then I would code 45378 -53 for pro fees and 45378 -74 if you are billing for facility.
