do you think that is appropriate to bill commercial carriers the G screening code for colonoscopies?
 
We donot bill the commercial insurance with the G codes, just to Medicare for screenings only.
 
The G code is a carrier discretion code so some carriers would prefer it and others do not accept it. You will need to find out with your particular carriers.
