For the Screening G-codes for Depression, Alcohol G0442,G0443,G0444 I believe these are for Medicare patients. Are there any billable CPT codes for these types of screening's in patients that are not Medicare? eg: PPO patients or patients that are under 65yrs? I know there is the 99406/99407 for Tobacco use. But what about for the Depression, Alcohol is there any billable CPT codes?
