Does pt have to be asymptomatic for Screening Mam if it has been over year and meets age requirement?
When PCP orders Screening Mam and breast ultrasound (76641 or 76642) is it still appropriate to perform & report 77063?
Should a Diagnostic Mamm order be requested from the ordering provider?
