Exposure to our contact with....is the statement "is sexually active, uses protection....but have a discharge" sufficient enough for the V01.6, Or would that be considered a screening for the STD testing?

Wiki screening or no?????

it is neither. The patient is symptomatic so it cannot be screening. There is no confirmation of an exposure to anything. Therefore it is a diagnostic test for the symptom of a discharge (vaginal or penile)
