The UHC web site has a guide for Preventative care and screening tests. One of the screening tests is for G0449 Obesity Screening. Medicare does not cover this test. I am looking for any guidelines that explains what is involved in the screening. I have been unable to find any information on the code. Does anyone know where we might be able to find some information?
