If a patient is referred to an endocrinologist by their primary care physician and the endocrinologist draws blood...what would be the primary diagnosis for this patient?

The patient was fatigue, had an abnormal weight gain, and has both history and family history of endocine problems.

The primary care phys had labs drawn also and made the referral based on all the information. However the patient did not see the specialist till atleast 4 months later. The specialist then had his own labs drawn.
