I have a patient that just turned 50 and is coming in for his "first" screening colonoscopy. While at the appointment prior to the procedure he mentioned his father had adenomatous colon polyps. So, he now has a family history but, orginally came in for a screening colonoscopy.

Could you code with V76.51 with V19.8?
