Wiki Scribe documentation with Split Share

Does anyone have any insight when both MD and APP are working on a patient, but the entire progress note is via virtual scribe? You can see who "entered" the chart but based on how the scribe has documented you cannot tell who did what to determine who should bill under Split/Share
