When a SDOH assessment is given to a patient during an AWV, I assume documentation will just need to support time spent (ie 5-15 mins) and that we utilized a standardized tool as stated in the MPFS Final Rule. If at least 5 minutes was spent, it appears that G0136 can be reported regardless if needs are identified or not?? Thoughts?
