I've been in the industry for over 15 years, 13 as a coder and I've had my CPC for 12 years. I've been working for a medical billing company for almost all of my career, also doing remote work on the side. My current goal is to work full time as a remote coder. My specialties are orthopedic spine and neurosurgery coding, but I also have experience with routine ortho surgical and general surgical coding.
