Provider manually expressed 3 sebaceous cysts under EUA. Looking for some assistance on how to bill this. I have looked it up and everything has me looking at 10061 or the 11420-11426. No incisions were made, just manually expressed.

My understanding is that I&D codes are not appropriate without an incision of some type. I would consider either the EUA code 57410 (perhaps with -22 if documentation warrants it) or an unlisted. I avoid unlisted when there is a reasonable alternative, and would likely code 57410. Another alternative might be 10061-52 to indicate it was a reduced service as the provider did not perform an incision.
