Please Help?? I am second guessing my decisions!

I have a Patient who was admitted into the Hospital for Acute care by another Doctor, not from my practice. This Doctor also saw to my Patients daily care and discharged them. My Doctor who is her Primary Doctor saw her in the Hospital for 1 Visit for nausea and pain during her stay there. What CPT E&M code can i use for my Doctors Visit, to her Patient???
 
Depending on the levels of History, Exam, and Medical Decision Making documented, I would use code 99221 - 99223 for initial hospital care if your doctor is a different specialty.
If your doctor is the same specialty as a doctor who has already seen the patient in the hospital I would bill 99231 - 99233 for subsequent hospital.
