Wiki sedation for pain procedures done in office setting

Two providers one in MI and one in TX are asking if they can bill for sedation provided in an office setting for procedures and get paid for it? they want to know for anesthesiologist sedation or proceduralist supervised nurse sedation. The pain providers that I have now in SC, NC and WV are not billing sedation for procedures done in the office so I do not know if this is allowed or not. Any help or guidance to information that could help answer their question would be appreciated. Thank you,
